• Briefing : interviewers can start working on a project only after they have been briefed
• Quota and sample management : methodologically clean samples
• Control fieldwork : 10% listening-in to interviewers by supervisors
• Possible follow-up by client : seperate room or at distance (interviewer screen + telephone conversation via real-time video-streaming)
