- Most of our interviewers are contracted employees for whom interviewing is their main job (= stability)
- HR-manager : recruitment and selection procedures
- Skill-based selection of interviewers : BTC, BTB, medical surveys, etc.
- Always face-to-face briefing (presence of client / final client always possible)
- Continuous coaching, follow-up, controlling by a team of supervisors (internal trainings)
